Vertical :- Customer support Level 1 & Level 2
Seats Required :- Minimum 60 seats
Shifts Required :- 24/7, 30 days a month
Hourly Payout :- 10 U.S$ per seat
Monthly Payment :- 432,000/- U.S $
Advance Payment :- 1 Month in Advance
Contract Period :- 1 year initial then extendable on mutual understanding
Billing Cycle :- Monthly
Sign-up With :- End Client
Processing Fee :- I.N.R 100,000/-
Consultancy Fee :- I.N.R 250,000/- + 10% from Advance Amount & 2% Royalty every month till the
project last.
