Linked to Life is a locally-based organisation providing flexible home care packages, which enable older individuals to remain living independently in their own home.
Our range of social support services include - individual help with daily tasks, domestic assistance, shopping, bill paying and banking, and assisted transport to medical and other appointments.
We also offer companionship, such as home visits for a friendly chat, sharing a hobby or interest, and company on individual or group outings.
Linked to Life is a Government-approved home care package provider.
