RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and pricing of new products.
- In-force pricing review.
- Implement, design and price life insurance products.
- Provide solutions to problems encountered in product development and analyze product development process and find ways to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support to the Compliance and IT of the Life division as well as to other members of product design team.
- Formulate the Company's product strategy by understanding the market and customer needs.
- Develop and price both traditional and unit-linked products which are profitable to the Company, competitive in the market and meet customers' needs.
- Work closely with other departments on product design and product implementation.
- Review compensation design of different distribution channels.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- ASA or FSA/FIAJ (or similar actuarial designations) or very close to qualification.
- Min 3 years of experience in pricing individual insurance products.
- Aptitude to work under pressure.
- Ability to deal effectively with actuaries, as well as, non-actuarial team members.
- Knowledge of life insurance.
- Strong business and analytical skills with problem-solving ability.
