Like all great ideas, Smudge Publishing was once just a dream. Conjured up by our fearless Editor-in-Chief, Jonette George and her two daughters, Daniele and Kaitlyn Wilton, the mission was simple: to create beautiful books that celebrate and showcase the abundance of produce, wine and culinary talent in Australia. Now nearly nine years on, Smudge Publishing is a collective of passionate individuals who strive to constantly unearth the best of the best in all things food-related. The book collection includes over 20 titles, including Flavours of Melbourne, which has been named Best Culinary Travel Cookbook in Australia by the Gourmand World Cookbook awards and received two awards at the Independent Publishers Awards in New York City.
